As you may know, the Founder of Ancestors unKnown, Dana Saxon, is based in the Netherlands. So although much of today’s modern work (related to history) can be done remotely, it doesn’t allow for the strong connections that can be made in-person. So it’s always a treat to hit the road and find new audiences in other parts of the world.
This week we’re in Philadelphia! A city that’s rich with history and charm. And it doesn’t hurt that it was Dana’s first home.
While in Philadelphia, Dana’s meeting with educators and spreading the word about Ancestors unKnown. So here’s hoping that we’ll be helping Philadelphia’s young people find their ancestors in the very near future.
If you know of a Philadelphia school or nonprofit organization that would be interested in bringing Ancestors unKnown to its students, please let us know!
