Ancestors Online Community
com·mu·ni·ty (n.) a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals
Family history research can be challenging for even the most experienced researcher. And while we want Ancestors students to experience the rewards of the challenging process, we don’t want them to go at it alone. We provide our young researchers with the support of an online community of staff and volunteers.
Students and teachers are invited to submit specific research requests, which are fulfilled to the best of our volunteers’ genealogy abilities.
Across all partner locations, participants are encouraged to use the online community to share reflections on curriculum topics and exchange research resources.
The Internet is becoming the town square for the global village of tomorrow. – Bill Gates
